Andrea Williams-Small a Chicago native born on the South Side. As a teenager she was a dance student of Elaine Spencer. As of today her two children are apart of Creative Manifestation, where she sits on the board as the secretary. Andrea states "I love working with the children and taking pride in what I do. I want to pay it forward for what Elaine has done for me and still to this day is a great role model.

Giovannyce was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago. She has a uniqueness for taking pictures, she has been eager since her youth to capture still life and active moments of everyday living with her eyes and creative imagination. She has a passion for capturing the most precious moments for people. As she state "A picture holds the moment that lasts a lifetime and can't be erased. She's been taking picture for over twenty years and says "I have done it all. Paparazzi, Weddings, Fashion Show, Special Events and the annual Bud-Billiken Parade". You name it, Ms. Giovannyce has probably done it. She loves photography like she loves the air she breathes. So on that note, she decided to take on a new and different challenge. Elaine Spencer, The Founder of Creative Manifestation offered her the position of the Head Photographer for her organization. She states " I am very excited and honored to be a part of something so great, positive and awesome for our community. I cannot wait for whats to come for this organization with my good eyes, meeting new people, new dance students and new adventures.

DJ JMALL was born and raised on the South side of Chicago. He attended Moraine Valley Community College studying Criminal Justice where in hopes one day he attends to return. His love and passion for music dates back to his teenage years. Learning how to mix and master music of all music. It wasn't until his early 20's when DJ JMALL started persuing the DJ side of himself. His passion and drive for music led to him to study and teach himself how to not only DJ but learn the Business as well. Elaine Spencer and DJ JMALL are former co-workers who's paths reconnected at an event where DJ JMALL was performing. Elaine Spencer informed DJ JMALL of her organization Creative Manifestation and offered the position of DJ to DJ JMALL. The offer was excepted and the rest was history.

Self Defense Trainer
Latara has been a dance student of Elaine Spencer since the age of 5 at fuller park, Although she was in Elaine's dance class, Elaine was not selfish and pushed her to do Martial Arts, where Latara grew to become a 1st Degree Black Belt. At the age of 16 Elaine made sure Latara applied for a job with the Chicago Park District where she worked as a recreation leader with the kids in the neighborhood. During Junior and Senior year of high school Elaine Spencer nominated Latara for junior citizen for the Chicago Park District. Latara earned a scholarship from Chicago Defender Charities for a 3.5 GPA. Latara attended Bethune Cookman University for three years majoring in Criminal Justice and looks to return soon. With all of these activities, she still made sure to make time for dance. The lessons of dance led her to audition for the movie Chi-Raq where she became the principal dancer in the movie. Latara has a daughter who is now a dancer with Creative Manifestation. Latara said that "Being there was my happy place with nothing but positive vibes even on my bad days. I have learned social enhancement life skills and conflict resolution through G.T.W which is now Creative Manifestation. Now I want to pay it forward to my community with what was thought to me. To this date I still dance with Creative Manifestation and teach Self Defense to the youth". LOOK OUT, LATARA HAS SOMETHING IN STORE.
